Michael Wald has been engaged in collections law practice since 1985, having handled all types of collections work. Michael Wald was the only Board Certified collections attorney in Dallas, Texas until 2002. He was Certified by the American Board of Certification in Creditors Rights since the certification became available. He is a graduate of Duke Law School and the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania. The collections practice of Michael Wald is now limited to commercial claims and medical claims. Michael Wald is generally amenable to handling these cases on a contingent fee basis consistent with prevailing norms. He requires court costs through execution to be paid in advance as well as a suit fee in the event the firm files suit.
