Values Based Estate Planning
Achieve peace of mind by assigning cherished possessions to the heirs
of your choice. Protect the value of the portfolio you've worked
so hard to build during your lifetime. Avoid unnecessary distress
and confusion for your surviving relatives by letting them know how
your assets should be distributed. But how can you do all of these
things?
What You Need is a Plan.
Think of estate planning in terms of life, not death. During your lifetime,
you have built not only a portfolio of possessions, but a value system.
Certain things are just more important to you than others. Those tangible
valuables which are most dear to you need to be carefully assigned so
that they may be equally treasured in the future.
A Little Time Now to Insure Lifetimes Tomorrow:
In assisting you in this important endeavor, one thing is paramount:
that you allow the time necessary to focus on who you are and what legacy
you wish to leave behind. After an initial complimentary meeting lasting
about an hour, we will mutually determine if there is sufficient reason
to proceed with a comprehensive Estate Plan. If so, we will generally
move forward in three sequential steps:
1. Determining your life's mission and legacy.
2. Designing a blueprint to fulfill that mission.
3. Completing the necessary legal documents to protect it.
